Postural Assessment
Postural Assessment: £36 for a half hour assessment
If you are currently suffering with muscle, joint or skeletal problems, you may be invited to attend a postural assessment prior to joining a class. This appointment is used to assess health status, medical history, medication and reasons behind attending Pilates. During this half hour appointment the physiotherapist will assess your posture, muscle tightness/over activity and any weak muscle groups. Information gained from your postural assessment will be shared with the Pilates team for the purpose of planning your classes, and in order to enable the preparation of any necessary modifications according to your health needs, body type or general physical condition.
